By accessing and using the services provided by KO Commercial Appraisal San Francisco, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kevin O'Brien, MAI, SRA, California Certified General appraiser, license #3005065, provides commercial and income-property appraisal services under the agreed assignment scope. The engagement and report identify the property interest, effective date, intended use, and intended users.
3. Use of Appraisal Reports
Appraisal reports are prepared for the specific purpose stated in the report. The use of appraisal reports for purposes other than those intended may not be appropriate and is done at the user's own risk.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable appraisals, we rely on information provided by clients and public records. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in source information.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for appraisal services is due as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of appraisal reports until payment is received in full.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the appraisal services. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reports.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of client information and appraisal reports, except as required by law or with the client's written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
